I love sausage. Zealously and unapologetically. Sadly, if someone else made it, there is no telling what’s in it, which is why it’s generally considered a no-no on SCD. I’ve posted in the past my chorizo recipe, but something that’s been missing from my recipe arsenal is a reasonable breakfast sausage. This recipe from Food Renegade seems to fit the bill nicely! Just omit the optional molasses (or substitute honey), and you’re good to go! Super excited to try this! Did I mention I love sausage?
