If you’re like most SCD-ers, you probably lament the lack of salty, crispy, snacky foods. I never knew how much I liked potato chips until I couldn’t eat them anymore! Diana and I have made some remarkably passable crackers, but chips (crisps, if you prefer) remain elusive. Emma, of the blog, A Beautiful Mess, just posted a remarkably interesting idea, however. I love crispy, salty things, and I love Brussels sprouts, so I’m thinkin’ this might be just the snack I’m looking for! I’ll be sure to post up when I get a chance to try them out!
