Breakfast:

  • Granola
  • SCD Yogurt

Lunch:

  • Moroccan Beef Stew
  • Roasted pork tenderloin
  • 1 apple
  • 4 oz. yogurt

Dinner:

  • Sauteed leeks in vinaigrette with tomato coulis
  • Creamy white bean soup
  • Roasted salmon with peppers, onions and tomatoes

Poo:

  • 8AM. Bristol #1, 3 transitional.
  • 2PM. Bristol #3.
It is interesting to note that the poo has seriously slowed at the same time that I stopped taking digestive enzymes.  It could be causational, correlational, or coincidental… I don’t know which.
