  • Roast pork tenderloin
  • 2 meatballs
  • sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 plum
  • 1 hard boiled egg

Poo:

Let’s be realistic here…. I ate nothing but laxatives and chicken broth on Sunday.  There was a fair amount of poo.  It was almost all Bristol #7.  There’s nothing else to know.
