  • Butternut squash gratin
  • Green salad with vinaigrette

It was a strangely active poo day.

  • 6AM. Bristol #5.  light in color, seedy.
  • 9:30AM. Bristol #6.
  • 10:30AM. Bristol #6.
  • 11:15AM. Bristol #7.  notably dark in color.
  • 1:00PM. Bristol #7.  Shockingly bright green.
