In related news, this is my 50th blog post.  Woot!  Thanks to those of you that read… I really do appreciate your interest.

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • turkey sausage patties (confirmed SCD-safe)
  • coffee

Lunch:

  • Minestrone soup
  • Yogurt with fresh raspberries and homemade strawberry mint jam
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 black plum

Dinner:

  • Lettuce wrap stuffed with bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese, fresh tomato and mayo.  Yum!

Dessert:

  • 2 oz. Gin #209 over ice.

Poo:

  • 7AM. Bristol #4.  Long, good volume, heavy.
  • 8:30AM. Bristol #7.  Seriously.  7.
  • 3:30PM. Bristol #2, 3 transitional.
