Breakfast:

  • Granola
  • Yogurt
  • Coffee

Lunch:

  • 3 oz. Roast Beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 jazz apple
  • Roasted lima beans

Dinner:

  • Baked chicken hind quarter
  • Sauteed chard with garlic, balsamic vinegar and bacon bits

Things are moving really slowly for the last 24 hours.  If I don’t produce something fairly substantial in the next day or so, I’m breakin’ out the dulcolax.

Poo:

  • 7AM.  Bristol #1!  Very tiny volume, and heavy
  • 3:30 PM.  Bristol #1, 2 transitional.  Low volume and heavy.
