I seem to have fallen off the food journal bandwagon, which is making it hard for me to track the comings, goings and inbetweenings of my food and my gut.  So, without further ado, I’m restarting it, effective today.

Breakfast:

  • SCD Granola
  • yogurt
  • coffee

Lunch:

  • Homemade Minestrone soup
  • KnoxBlox
  • fresh strawberries
  • cheddar cheese

Dinner:

  • Broiled steelhead filet
  • Roasted lima beans

Poo:

  • 6:30 AM.  Bristol #5.  Small and heavy.
  • 7 PM.  Bristol #2.  Low volume, heavy.
