I’ve been remiss in keeping my food journal up to date, since I’ve been spending all my blog energy on other entries.  That said, here’s yesterday’s menu.

Breakfast:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • SCD-legal breakfast sausage
  • Coffee

Lunch:

  • Minestrone soup
  • 4 oz. Braised lamb shank
  • KnoxBlox
  • 1 apple

Dinner:

  • Broiled pork sirloin chops
  • Roasted lima beans.  Yum!

Poo:

  • 8AM.  Bristol #4.  I think this is how normal people poo.
  • 9AM.  Bristol #6.  That’s more typical.  Strong eggy smell indicative of high methane production.  I’m wondering if the wine I had with dinner the previous night had too high a sugar content.
  • 1:15PM.  Bristol #6.
