Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs, scrambled with:
  • roast beef
  • fresh spinach
  • sauteed zucchini
  • and cheddar cheese.
  • Crispy SCD-legal bacon
  • black coffee

Lunch:

  • Roasted pork tenderloin, chilled and sliced
  • cheddar cheese slices
  • Apple

Dinner:

  • Tuna salad made with homemade SCD-legal mayo and lacto-fermented homemade pickles (recipe coming soon!).
  • Served on top of a huge bed of fresh greens from the local farmer’s market.
  • And a drizzle of homemade bleu cheese dressing
It was the salad to beat all salads!

Dessert:

  • Avocado frozen yogurt with a drizzle of blackberry jam.

Poo:

  • 9:30AM Bristol #4.  Heavy, sank to bottom.
  • 12:30PM Bristol #7.  Sudden and urgent.  Malodorous.
