Sadly, I missed yesterday’s food post.  Oh well.  Here’s what I ate today.  It’s amazing that I’m already falling into a routine here.  I think a big part of that is that I haven’t been doing SCD to a) have much of a backstock of food and b) have a whole lot of tricks up my sleeve.

Breakfast:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • Black coffee

Lunch:

  • Eggs scrambled with spinach, roast beef and provolone cheese
  • Nectarine

Snack:

  • 3 chilled beef and lamb meatballs
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • apple

Dinner:

  • The last of the home made roast beef
  • Red chard sauteed in bacon fat with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper
