Breakfast:

  • Eggs scrambled with herbs and wilted spinach
  • Black coffee

Lunch/Snack:

  • SCD Chicken Soup
  • Finger gelatin made with Blackberry juice

Dinner:
I didn’t really feel like cooking tonight. Too tired!

  • Apple
  • Peanut Butter
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • SCD legal homemade yogurt
  • Strawberry jam made with fresh organic strawberries and honey. Super tasty mixed into the yogurt!

Evening Snack:

  • We discovered some Extra Sharp Provolone at New Seasons. It was tasty!
